About The Woodlands Country Club
The Woodlands Country Club is a premier private club founded in 1974 within The Woodlands master-planned community north of Houston, Texas. Its 36 holes span the Tournament Course, originally designed by Bruce Devlin and Robert von Hagge and later renovated in 2013, and the Arnold Palmer-designed Palmer Course. The Tournament Course served as the longtime host of the Shell Houston Open on the PGA Tour from 1985 to 2003, cementing the club's place in Texas golf history.
