About Greenville Country Club
Greenville Country Club is one of South Carolina's oldest and most distinguished private clubs, founded in 1895 and anchored in the storied Upstate city of Greenville. The club's flagship Chanticleer Course, a 1923 Donald Ross design later restored by Brian Silva in 2002, carries a championship slope of 144 and has hosted two USGA championships, while a second 18-hole layout designed by George Cobb rounds out the club's 36-hole offering.
