Fountain Head Country Club is a private 18-hole club established in 1923 in Hagerstown, Maryland, serving as one of Western Maryland's longest-standing golf institutions. The course was redesigned by noted Mid-Atlantic architect Edmund B. Ault in the 1960s, shaping its current par-72 layout that stretches to 6,859 yards with a slope rating of 134. The club has hosted notable regional competitions including the 1988 Maryland State Amateur and the 2004 Maryland Open Championship.
