About Pinehurst Country Club
Pinehurst Country Club is a private 27-hole facility in Denver, Colorado, established in 1958 as part of the city's post-war suburban expansion. The championship course was originally designed by Press Maxwell and later refined in a 2004 renovation by Rick Phelps, stretching to over 7,000 yards with tree-lined fairways and the elevation changes typical of Colorado parkland golf. The club has a notable place in Colorado golf history, having hosted the Colorado Open, the State Amateur Championship, and the Women's State Amateur Championship.
