About Denver Country Club

Denver Country Club is one of the oldest private clubs west of the Mississippi, founded in 1887 along the scenic banks of Cherry Creek in Denver, Colorado. The 18-hole championship course carries a distinguished architectural pedigree, originally laid out by James Foulis and reimagined by Donald Ross in 1916, with a restoration by Gil Hanse in 2005 returning the layout to its classic Ross character. The club has hosted the U.S. Amateur Championship and remains one of the most historically significant private golf clubs in the American West.
