About Maple Bluff Country Club
Maple Bluff Country Club is a historic private club founded in the late 1800s in the Village of Maple Bluff, Wisconsin, overlooking Lake Mendota just steps from the Wisconsin Governor's Executive Residence. The 18-hole parkland-style course was originally designed by William Watson in 1915 and later refined through renovations led by architect Bob Lohmann, playing to a par 71 at 6,325 yards. The club has served as host to multiple Wisconsin State Golf Association championships and remains one of Madison's most storied private golf institutions.
