The Golf Club of Tennessee is a private, pure-golf club founded in 1991 and set on 317 acres of natural Tennessee landscape along the Harpeth River in Kingston Springs. Designed by Tom Fazio and opened in 1993, the 18-hole, par-71 course stretches to 7,184 yards and carries a slope rating of 145, routing through hardwood forests with the Harpeth River coming into play on several holes. The club has hosted notable USGA events, including the 2001 Tennessee State Amateur Championship.
