About St. Clair Country Club
St. Clair Country Club is a historic private club founded in 1916 in Upper St. Clair Township, southwest of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The 18-hole parkland course was originally designed by Emil "Dutch" Loeffler, the club's first golf professional and a prominent figure in Western Pennsylvania golf architecture, and underwent a restoration by Brian Silva in 2001. The club has hosted notable regional championships including the 2004 Pennsylvania State Amateur and carries a slope rating of 137, reflecting the challenging nature of its natural rolling terrain.
