The Saint Andrew's Golf Club in Hastings-on-Hudson, New York, holds the distinction of being the oldest continuously operating golf club in the United States, founded in 1888 by Scottish immigrants and one of five original USGA charter members in 1894. The 18-hole, par-71 course features a 1983 Jack Nicklaus redesign overlaying earlier work by Herbert Strong, and the club's 1897 clubhouse is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
