Evanston Golf Club is a storied private club founded in 1898 and situated in Skokie, Illinois, where it has called home since relocating from Evanston in 1917. The 18-hole course was designed by Donald Ross and later restored in 2007 by Ron Prichard, preserving the classic strategic bunkering and undulating greens that define Ross's enduring legacy. The club added to its historical résumé by hosting the 1924 Western Open, one of the era's most prestigious professional tournaments.
