Park Ridge, IL · Country Club · Est. 1906
Park Ridge Country Club is a historic private club founded in 1906 in Park Ridge, Illinois, standing as one of the Chicago area's earliest golf institutions. The 18-hole layout was originally designed by Herbert J. Tweedie and significantly renovated in 1928 by William Langford, whose strategic bunkering and tree-lined fairways reflect the classical Chicago-style architecture of the era. The club has hosted notable Illinois Golf Association championships, including the 1956 Illinois Amateur and the 1978 Illinois Open.
