Itasca Country Club
Itasca, IL · Country Club · Est. 1925
Itasca Country Club is a private 18-hole club founded in 1925 on former farmland in Itasca, Illinois, part of the Chicago area's golden era of golf course development. The original layout by E.B. Dearie Jr. features traditional tree-lined fairways and natural wetlands, and has hosted notable regional championships including the 1968 Illinois Open. A 1991 renovation by David Gill, along with subsequent bunker updates, has preserved the course's classic character while keeping it competitive at 6,784 yards with a slope rating of 134.
