Glen Oak Country Club is a traditional parkland-style private club founded in 1912 in Glen Ellyn, Illinois, with roots among Chicago's earliest suburban golf establishments. The 18-hole, par-72 course was originally designed by Tom Bendelow, the prolific early American golf architect, and underwent a significant renovation by Rick Jacobson in 2006 that modernized its bunkers and green complexes. The club has hosted notable regional competitions including the 1960 Illinois Open Championship.
