San Jose Country Club is a historic private club founded in 1925, set among the rolling terrain alongside the St. Johns River in Jacksonville, Florida. The 18-hole, par-72 championship course was originally designed by Donald Ross, whose signature crowned greens remain a defining feature of the layout, and was later refined by Robert Walker in 2005. With a course rating of 73.6 and slope of 134, the course has hosted notable regional competition including the 1999 Florida State Mid-Amateur Championship.
