Lakeside Golf Club is a historic private club founded in 1924 in Burbank, California, occupying grounds that once served as a silent film production site. The 18-hole course was originally designed by Max Behr, known for his large, undulating greens and strategic bunkering, and was later refined by Rees Jones in 1999. Lakeside has a distinguished competitive pedigree, having hosted the Los Angeles Open in 1927, 1938, and 1948.
