Sweetwater Country Club is a private 36-hole club established in Sugar Land, Texas, as a flagship amenity of the master-planned Sweetwater community developed by Gerald Hines Interests. Both championship courses were designed by the acclaimed team of Robert von Hagge and Bruce Devlin, featuring the water-laden, tree-lined layouts characteristic of their acclaimed Texas work. The club served as a host venue for the LPGA Tour from the mid-1980s through the early 2000s, cementing its place in Texas golf history.
