Shady Oaks Country Club in Fort Worth, Texas, is one of golf's most hallowed private clubs, renowned as the lifelong home course of Ben Hogan from the club's founding in 1956 until his death in 1997. The 18-hole championship layout was designed by Robert Trent Jones Sr. and later restored by his son in 1996, stretching over 7,000 yards across the natural rolling terrain of the Texas prairie. Hogan's legacy remains deeply embedded in the club's identity, from the preserved "Hogan's Alley" practice area to his original locker still on display in the clubhouse.
