About The Misquamicut Club
The Misquamicut Club is a historic private golf club founded in 1895 in Westerly, Rhode Island, occupying a dramatic peninsula between Block Island Sound and the Atlantic Ocean. Legendary architect Donald Ross redesigned the course in 1922, crafting a seaside layout with his signature subtle green complexes that remains largely intact today. A 2003 restoration by Ron Forse has preserved the integrity of Ross's original routing, making Misquamicut one of New England's most authentic examples of classic coastal golf architecture.
