The 18-hole, par-70 course was designed by Donald Ross, who utilized the natural coastline to craft a challenging layout with water views on multiple holes. The club has hosted notable regional championships including the 2003 New England Amateur, and its original Ross green complexes were carefully preserved through restoration work in the early 2000s.
