About Potowomut Golf Club
Potowomut Golf Club is a private 18-hole course established in 1927 on the scenic Potowomut Neck peninsula in East Greenwich, Rhode Island, overlooking Narragansett Bay. Donald Ross designed the original layout, and a 2004 restoration by Ron Prichard preserved the classic Ross green complexes and bunker patterns that define the course. The club has hosted the Rhode Island Amateur Championship and Rhode Island Open, cementing its place in the state's golf history.
