Eugene Country Club
Eugene, OR · Country Club · Est. 1899
Eugene Country Club is one of Oregon's oldest private golf clubs, founded in 1899 in Eugene and shaped by two giants of golf course architecture. Chandler Egan, a two-time U.S. Amateur champion, designed the 18-hole layout in 1925, with Robert Trent Jones Sr. completing a significant renovation in 1967 that elevated the course's championship credentials. The club has since hosted major events including the 2008 U.S. Women's Amateur Public Links and the 2016 NCAA Division I Men's Golf Championship.
