Pine Valley Country Club is a private 18-hole golf facility founded in the mid-1950s in Wilmington, North Carolina, set amid the natural pine forests characteristic of the coastal Carolina landscape. The course was designed by Ellis Maples, a prominent Carolinas architect who trained under Donald Ross and brought a similar sensibility for strategic, ground-game design to courses across the region.
