Piping Rock Club is a storied private club founded in 1911 on Long Island's North Shore in Locust Valley, New York, established by prominent New York families during the Golden Age of golf course architecture. The 18-hole course was designed by C.B. Macdonald and built by Seth Raynor, featuring classic template holes including the Redan and Alps, and has hosted major championships including the 1921 U.S. Women's Amateur. The original 1911 clubhouse, designed by architect Guy Lowell, remains a landmark of the North Shore's historic club culture.
