About Oak Ridge Country Club
Oak Ridge Country Club is a historic private club founded in 1922 in Hopkins, Minnesota, with deep cultural significance as one of the Twin Cities' earliest Jewish country clubs, established by Minneapolis businessmen excluded from other private clubs of the era. The 18-hole parkland course was originally designed by William Watson and later refined through a Ronald Prichard renovation in 2005-2006, featuring tree-lined fairways, elevated greens, and a slope rating of 135. The club has hosted prestigious Minnesota Golf Association events, including the 1999 Minnesota State Amateur Championship.
