About Lake Charles Country Club
Lake Charles Country Club is one of Southwest Louisiana's oldest private clubs, founded in the early twentieth century along the Gulf Coast in Lake Charles, Louisiana. The 18-hole, par-72 championship course was designed by Perry Maxwell, the celebrated architect behind some of America's most respected layouts, and features his signature push-up greens alongside natural bayou water hazards woven throughout the property. The club has hosted multiple Louisiana State Amateur championships and demonstrated remarkable resilience, rebuilding after both Hurricane Rita in 2005 and Hurricane Laura in 2020.
