Makena Golf & Beach Club is a private 18-hole club set on the southern slopes of Mount Haleakala in Kihei, Maui, Hawaii, originally opened in 1982 as part of the Makena Resort complex. The course was designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr. and features dramatic ocean views, significant elevation changes, and natural lava rock formations woven throughout its layout. Discovery Land Company acquired the property in 2013 and completed a comprehensive renovation by 2016, transforming it into an exclusive private golf and beach club.
