Originally constructed by Navy Seabees in 1962, the par-72 layout stretches 6,844 yards and plays to the natural challenge of Hawaii's trade winds, with palm-lined fairways adding to its distinctive island character. Following the base closure in 1999, the course transitioned to public management under the City and County of Honolulu.
