Founded in 1911, the Country Club of Orlando stands as one of Florida's oldest private golf institutions, with a storied architectural lineage that traces from Walter A. Schmidt's original design to a Donald Ross renovation in 1917. Rees Jones modernized the 18-hole, par-72 layout in 2007, preserving its signature tree-lined fairways and water hazards while elevating the course to a slope rating of 137.
