The West Course by Gil Hanse and Jim Wagner debuted in Fall 2023, followed by the South Course from Tommy Fazio II and Mike Davis in early 2025, with a third layout by Kyle Phillips expected to complete the 54-hole collection by year's end. A 70,000-square-foot clubhouse, private villas, and a dedicated par-3 course round out a property designed to stand among the most ambitious new private golf clubs in America.
