The South Course, originally designed by Robert Trent Jones Sr. in 1959 and later restored by Andrew Green in 2014, has hosted the 1971 U.S. Amateur, the 2003 U.S. Mid-Amateur, and most recently the 2022 BMW Championship, cementing its place among the Mid-Atlantic's most accomplished private venues.
