The Havens Country Club is a private 18-hole club established in the early 1960s in Vista, California, offering sweeping views of the San Luis Rey Valley. Originally designed by Billy Bell Jr., the par-72 championship course has been refined through notable renovations by Rees Jones and Tom Fazio, and carries a slope rating of 134. The course is recognized for its challenging par-three holes, including a signature island green on the 17th, and hosted the California State Open in 1978.
