About Blackhawk Country Club
Blackhawk Country Club is a private 36-hole golf community in Danville, California, established in 1979 as part of the prestigious Blackhawk Ranch development in the East Bay. Both the Lakeside and Falls courses were designed by Bruce Devlin and Robert von Hagge, featuring natural rock outcroppings, water features, and dramatic elevation changes across two challenging par-72 layouts. The club gained national recognition by hosting the LPGA Tour's Samsung World Championship and Longs Drugs Challenge throughout the 1990s.
