About San Antonio Country Club
San Antonio Country Club is one of Texas's oldest private clubs, established in 1904 on what was then the northern edge of San Antonio. The 18-hole layout was redesigned by John Bredemus in 1922 and later restored by Keith Foster in 2010, with natural springs and creek systems woven throughout the course. A historic Spanish Colonial clubhouse, listed on the National Register of Historic Places, anchors a club that has hosted multiple Texas Amateur Championships across its 120-year history.
