Belle Meade Country Club is one of Tennessee's oldest private clubs, founded in 1901 on Nashville's west side on grounds historically tied to the antebellum Belle Meade Plantation. The 18-hole championship course was originally designed by Donald Ross in 1921 and later renovated by Bob Cupp in 1991, with restoration work in 2018 preserving Ross's signature crowned greens and natural creek features that define the layout.
