About Paramount Country Club
Paramount Country Club is a private 18-hole club in New City, New York, originally established in 1920 as Dellwood Country Club on the grounds of a former dairy farm in Rockland County. The course was designed by Golden Age master A.W. Tillinghast and underwent a significant restoration by Jim Urbina in 2011-2012, when the club was renamed, reviving Tillinghast's original bunker complexes and elevated green complexes. Set amid the Hudson Valley with views of the Ramapo Mountains, the course plays to a par 71 with a slope rating of 137 from the championship tees.
