About The Cardinal
The Cardinal is a private 18-hole golf club founded in 1973 in Greensboro, North Carolina, featuring an original course design by Pete Dye. In 2007, architect Bobby Weed undertook a significant renovation to revive Dye's original parkland design concept, preserving the course's signature 16th hole — a demanding par-5 with an island green.
