About Hualalai Golf Club
Hualalai Golf Club is a private resort course set among ancient lava flows along the North Kona Coast of Hawaii's Big Island, opened in 1996 as part of the Four Seasons Resort Hualalai development. Designed by Jack Nicklaus as his first Hawaiian signature course, the par-72 layout stretches 7,117 yards and weaves through dramatic black lava rock formations with sweeping Pacific Ocean views. The club hosted the PGA Tour Champions' Mastercard Championship from 1997 to 2010, and its signature 17th hole along the ocean remains one of the most visually striking finishing stretches in Hawaiian golf.
