About The Club at Morningside
The Club at Morningside is a private golf club founded in the early 1980s in Rancho Mirage, California, set within the Coachella Valley desert landscape. Designed by Jack Nicklaus, the 18-hole championship course is distinguished by its bent grass greens, 20 acres of lakes, and a slope rating of 139, making it one of the more demanding Nicklaus designs in Southern California. The club notably hosted the 1987 U.S. Senior Open and underwent a Nicklaus Design renovation in 2015 that preserved the integrity of the original layout.
